She retired from JC Penney after 20 years and for the next 15 years was co-owner of Judy"s dress shop at Shepherd Mall.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years Elmer, and son Frank Lee. Also preceded in death by sisters Blanche Radebaugh and Fay Gray; and brother Ralph Rager and wife Alene; and sister-in-law Pat Rager.

She is survived by daughter Sue Ogle and husband Frank of Midwest City; grandson Don Ogle and Suzy of Oklahoma City; grandson Rick Ogle and wife Karen of Edmond; and great-grand children Kailyn and Carter Ogle of Edmond. She is also survived by brother Floyd Rager of Oklahoma City; sister Mary Mitchell of Shawnee; brother Clarence Rager and wife Blanche of Austin TX; and sister Ruth Riggs and husband Charles of Nashville TN. T

here aren"t enough words to describe what "Mam-ma" meant and represented to her family. She was the epitome of kindness, warmth, humility and grace. To know her was to love her, as there was nobody sweeter. It is impossible to imagine a world without her but we were truly blessed to have her as long as we did.
