Glennis L. (Nickel) Hoffman
Sunday, November 26th, 1950 - Sunday, September 11th, 2022

A Celebration of Life Service for Glennis L. Hoffman age 71 of Enid will be 10:30 am Friday at World Harvest Church with Pastor Brad Mendenhall officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Glennis was born November 26, 1950 in Fairview, OK to Frank Nickel and Lillian Unruh and passed away Sunday, September 11, 2022 at St. Mary’s Hospital from complications of an Aortic Aneurysm. She was raised in the Fairview where she attended and graduated from Fairview High School in 1969. Glennis was an active in Cheerleading during her Jr. and High School. She received her Bachelor degree in Education from Southwestern University in 1973. She started teaching in 1973 at Coolidge Elementary as a Second and Third grade teacher for 38 years retiring in 2011 because of her health issues. She was a member of NEA and OEA. Glennis received a newer kidney in 2013. Glennis married Mike Hoffman on December 6, 1985 at University Place Christian Church. Glennis stayed active after retirement with helping Mike with Hoffman Photography. Glennis was a member of World Harvest Church. She enjoyed going to her lunch gathering every week at Jumbo’s. She and Mike were members of the Enid Corvette Club.

Glennis is survived by her husband Mike, a daughter Ashley Kain and husband Brandon, son Mikey Hoffman and wife Felicia, grandchildren Hartlee Hoffman, Ruby and Harper Kain, a brother Galen “Nick” Nickel and wife Vicky and numerous family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorials may be made to World Harvest Church with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodians of the funds.
