Sandra Lynn (Green) Hodges
Sept. 7, 1963 ~ Feb. 21, 2014

ENID, OK ~ Memorial service for Sandra Lynn Hodges, 50, of Enid, Okla., will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 15, 2014, at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

Sandra was born to Fred and LaRitta (Vasquez) Green on Sept. 7, 1963, in Enid, Okla., and passed away Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, in Enid.

Sandra graduated from Enid High School and attended Phillips University.

She worked at Goodwin Real Estate and Auction for 15 years. She was a manager at Waukomis Bank, apartment manager at Indian Oaks, Edgewood Arms and Winchester West Apartments, and worked at Braum�s.

She lived in Waukomis and was very active in the school and was president of the Activities Board.

Sandra was a member of the recovery 12-step program, the manager of The Big House Recovery House, and she served as secretary of Wild Horse Rescue Inc.

She was always helping other people, even when she was sick.

Sandra is survived by her significant other, Gary Van Every; two children, Justin (Lynsie) Hodges of Enid, and Joe (Mimi) Hodges of the Philippines; three grandchildren; parents, Fred and LaRitta Green of Enid; one brother, John Green of Oklahoma; and one sister, Rhonda Walters of Texas.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

Memorials may be made to Multiple Myeloma Foundations, MD Anderson Cancer Research or Relay 4 Life.
