Hodges, Mark Henry, 56, of Oklahoma City, died December 12th 2013 at Norman Regional Healthplex. He was born June 9th, 1957 in Augusta, GA to Thomas and Eleanor Hodges. He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force 3rd HERD Combat Communications Group. He received many decorations including two Air Force Commendation Medals, the Southwest Asia Service Medal with two Service Stars, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia"s Kuwait Liberation Medal, and the Emirate of Kuwait"s Kuwait Liberation Medal. Mark was preceded in death by his parents. Mark is survived by his wife Mandy, of the home; sons Jason of Slidell, LA, and Jonathon of Arnold, MO; daughters Eleanor of Puerto Rico, Christy and Robin of Midwest City, OK, and Raven of Oklahoma City, OK, as well as 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and Mr. Moose of the herd. Mark is also survived by his brother Tommy Hodges of Augusta, GA and sisters, Judy Thomason of North Augusta, South Carolina, Lulline Phillips of Augusta, GA and Molly Lopp of Smyrna, TN. Viewing will be held on Saturday and Sunday, December 14th and 15th from 8am to 8pm at Barnes and Friederich Funeral Home, with inurnment following in Augusta, GA at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Judes Children"s Research Charity.
