A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, November 20th, from 4-6 p.m., at the Labor Hall, 200 W. Jeffrey Street, for John Ray Hobbs, 74, who passed away November 12, 2006.
John Ray Hobbs was born February 10, 1932 in Maysville, Oklahoma to parents, Jake and Frusa Hobbs. He was one of 14 children.
John, a 50 year resident of Kern County, was an avid fisherman and hunter.
He was preceded in death by his parents and 11 siblings.
Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Debra Hobbs; brother, Kenneth; sisters, Gladys and Corrine; and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The family would like you to join them for a celebration of his adventurous life.
