Jimmy Loyd Hines passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018, in Lawton, at the age of 66. Jimmy was born on December 17, 1951, in Duncan, to Loyd Houston and Annie Faye (Lawrence) Hines.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, April 28, at 2:00 P.M. at Connection Church with Pastor Ron Maxfield officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home.
Jimmy graduated from Central High School. He was a self-employed yard service handyman. He enjoyed traveling overseas and watching comedies on television. When he was younger, he lived in North Carolina for many years. He loved horticulture, working and planting many things for folks along the way and making new friends. He will be missed by many.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Loyd and Annie Hines; and nephew, Andy Hines.
He is survived by his brother, Ronald Dugan Hines; sister, Teresa Ann Gibbs, both of Duncan; nephews, Michael Hines, Timothy Loyd Hines, Carl Dewayne Hines, Adam Houston Hines, Shawn Michael Hines, Lance Gibbs, Jerald Gibbs, and Brent Gibbs; and niece, Trena Gibbs.
