Mrs. Merle K. Hiatt died at her home in Corning, California August 28, according to information received by friends in Roger Mills County.
Mrs. Hiatt is the former Miss Ruby Jo Rice and while residing with her husband near Strong City and before her marriage, during her residence in Hammon, was active in the Methodist Church and the Rebekah work of this district.
Survivors include her husband; and one son, Tommy Ray of the home address.
