The memorial services celebrating and honoring the life of Roy Cecil Hester, 54, of Enid will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday January 16, 2020 in the Brown-Cummings Funeral Home with Chaplain Gary Miller officiating. Services and complete cremation care are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.
He was born February 07, 1965 to Thaddus Arthur Hester and Shirley Carolyn Johnson in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and passed from this life on January 11, 2020 in Enid, Oklahoma.
He was raised and educated in Enid. He loved to drink his coffee and his Coca-Cola. He loved being tickled on his head, bowling, and playing a game of Patty Cake. He could often be found watching the Lifetime Movie Channel. He loved all kinds of music and adored his housemates, caregivers, guardians, and the lifelong friendships they shared.
He is survived by his guardians, Nancy and Ed Pennington, two sisters, Deana Hester and Carol Lookabaugh caregivers, Concha Chartier, Henry Wooley, Mariko Joab, Momolynn Hong, Jessica William, Diaiako Muller, Hamila Jomillong, Amber Butler, his site manager Connie Lawrence, and his extended Supported Community Lifestyles Family.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
