Wilma Louise (Wilson) Henthorn

March 03, 1939 ~ January 19, 2019

Wilma Louise Henthorn, age 79, passed away peacefully and surrounded by love in her home January 19, 2019, from MSA; Multi-System Atrophy.

She was born March 3, 1939, in Moberly, MO to Odelle And Bill Wilson. She married her loving husband, Wes, on August 31, 1989, in Plano, TX.

 Wilma grew up in a loving, Christian home and had a flair for style. She found this passion while working at the upscale dress store in Moberlys Nola Leach as a young woman. She spent much of her life making a beautiful wardrobe for herself and her children. Wes job allowed her to indulge in her love of travel like Germany, Luxembourg, ... etc. Personal travel took her to places like Hawaii, Yosemite, and Las Vegas but her favorite place to go was home to Missouri to visit relatives and old friends.

Wilma is preceded in death by her parents, sister and brother-in-law Norma and Al Holzmeier, son-in-law Mark Arnold, and grandchild Corey Arnold.

She leaves behind her husband Wes Henthorn of Enid, OK, sons Jeff (Linda) Arrandale of Norwalk, IA, and Matthew Blackmore of Humble, TX, daughters Troy Arrandale of Cocoa, FL, and Michael Arrandale-Arnold of Watauga, TX, grandchildren Heather (Bobby) Kueber of Flint, TX, Eric Townsend [fiancée Gabby Shelt] of Kansas City, MO, Bailey (Tyson) Minella of Norwalk, IA, Cole (Ashley) Summy of Norwalk, IA, and Devin Arnold [fiancée Stephanie Ziegenhorn]. Also, four great-grandchildren Katelynne, Hayden, Amanda, and Chloe. All of these, she loved deeply.

The family would like to thank Bridgette Dawson for being Wilmas valued and wonderful caregiver during the last eleven months.

Services will be held at Emmanuel Enid Church, 2505 W Owen K Garriett RD, Enid Ok on Thursday, January 24, 2019, at 1 PM followed by a graveside service.

Family and friends are invited to lunch at the church at 11:30 to share memories and reconnect.
