Fred Robert Henry

November 29, 1922 ~ December 31, 2012

Fred Robert Henry, 90, of Midwest City, died December 31,2012 while in hospice care surrounded by family and his wife of 67 years, Marie Henry. He was known as the patriarch of the Henry family.

He is remembered as the kindest, funniest and a favorite of all kids. He always had a handmade toy or gadget for every child and was always ready to go fishing at a moment"s notice. He served our country in World War II and retired from Tinker Air Force Base. Anyone who knew him knows that he will always be in our hearts and he"s just "gone fishing" like he always loved to do, reunited with Wilber Lee and survived by Mike Jones forever fishing buddies.

Along with his wife he is also survived by daughters, Kay Campbell, Diann Arnold, Michelle Grensing and son Gary Henry, brother Jake Henry, sisters Letha Woffard, Betty Mott, Jeanette Stockton, 6 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Hospice Quality Care, 921 S. Sooner Rd, Del City, OK 73115
