Roy Dean Henderson

Roy Dean Henderson
June 22, 1961 ~ February 10, 2023

Roy Dean Henderson was born June 22, 1961 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Roy and Clara Henderson. Roy passed away February 9, 2023 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma.

Roy grew up in Marietta, Oklahoma and joined the United States Navy in 1981. He later began working in the oilfield and worked as a welder and later drove trucks. He lived in various different places before moving to Kingfisher, Oklahoma where he raised his family.

Roy was an outgoing guy with a great sense of humor, he loved to make people laugh. He loved traveling and exploring new places. He enjoyed cooking and made the best homemade beef jerky. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors as well as going fishing. He loved sports, especially football.

Roy is survived by his daughter, Terra Henderson and his sons, Terry Henderson and Roy Henderson and wife Danielle and their two daughters Kendra Henderson and Lydia Henderson; adopted daughter, Aylin Corina Green and her two daughters Malaunna Green and Zariah Green.
He will be missed by his sisters, Leta Walker, Clara Rutledge, and Debora Austen; his step-mother, Beverly Henderson; his best friends, John Jordan and wife Sheri, and Bill Schooley and wife Dee; and Rachel Cameron.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Clara Henderson; and Lisa Henderson.
