Mr. Deantwon JaCalvin Hemphill was born on June 1, 2000 to Charlie Edward Hemphill III and Constance Joann Parker at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Forrest City, Arkansas.
Deantwon accepted Christ at an early age. He joined First Baptist East Church under the leadership of Pastor Doug Passmore. He later joined St. James Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor James R. Taylor where he remained a faithful member until his passing on July 13, 2018.
Deantwon went to Eisenhower High School in Lawton, Ok. He was a member of the track team. He won 1st place in the 100 yard dash Special Olympics. He was full of life, a very sweet, kind and respectful young man and will be missed and loved by all who knew him.
Survivors include his parents, Constance and Henry of Arkansas and Charlie and Keisha of Oklahoma; his grandparents, Robert and Rose Magget and Charles Jr II, both of Oklahoma and Sandra Lycth of Arkansas; his sisters, Kierra, Aailiya, Rosie Ann and brother, Demond all of Arkansas; brothers Montel, Charlie Edward, Travis, Terrance and sister Izariya all of Oklahoma and brother Edward Dashawn of Florida.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Calvin Norman.
