Frances Mary Hembree, 63, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2012, at her home in Guthrie, OK. She was born December 28, 1948 in Clinton, IA to Francis Joseph and Lavonne Irene McNeil.

Fran was the loving wife of Clayton Hembree for 30 years. She was his supportive partner in the cattle ranching business. She was a devoted mother and grandmother of three children and nine grandchildren. Her family was her entire life. Fran will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Fran�s parents preceded her in death. She is survived by her husband, Clayton; three children, David Hembree and wife Janice of Guthrie, Keri Johnson and husband Paul, and Will Hembree and wife Teresa all of Farmersville, TX; three brothers, Jim McNeil and wife Kay of California, Lance McNeil of Fallon, NV, and Wade McNeil of Idaho; and nine grandchildren and other loved family and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 13, 2012 at First Christian Church with Dr. Dennis Clark officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children�s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
