ENID, OK ~ Service of Remembrance and Celebration of Life for Tom Heerman, 67, of Enid, Okla., will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 28, 2014, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jim Edmison officiating. Cremation was under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Tom was born April 26, 1947, in Medford, Okla., the son of Edward and Mabel Johnson Heerman and died Thursday, June 19, 2014, in Enid.
Mr. Heerman was employed as a surveyor for Garfield County and later for Porterfield Surveying Inc.
In his younger years he enjoyed hot rods and motorcycles. He will be remembered as an easy going and caring person who loved his family and friends.
Survivors include a brother, Charles Heerman and wife Diane of Manhattan, Kan.; two nephews, Matthew and Eli Heerman; and a niece, Dawn Akers and husband Terry of Enid.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Darla Moody.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
