Come and Go Celebration of Life for Gary Hart, 74 will be Saturday, July 30, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at AB Circle of Life Event Center. Cremation arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.
Gary was born on October 14, 1947 to Charles and Gail (Loughman) Hart and died on July 12, 2022 in Oklahoma City.
He grew up in Enid and graduated from Enid High School. Gary served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. On February 6, 1970, he married Beverly Hankins in Enid, where they made their home. Following his discharge, he began his career at the Enid Police Department in 1970. During this time, Gary graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a degree in criminal justice. He retired from Enid Police Department in 1990. Gary then began his 20 years of service with the Department of Corrections in probation and parole department. He enjoyed OU Football, fishing and riding his Harley.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Robert Lee Hart.
Gary is survived by his wife, Beverly; children, Tammy Hart, Dustin Hart, and Bryan (Tallena) Hart; four grandchildren, Morgan, Paige, Hunter, Faith; other relatives and many friends.
