Gaylene Beth Harrison passed January 8, 2021. Gaylene was born on November 23, 1946 to Arlene and Arlis Stagg in Erick, Oklahoma. Gaylene grew up in and around Erick before settling in Oklahoma City, where she started and managed her own title business for over 40 years.
Ever the spitfire, Gaylene had a keen eye and a sharp sense of humor. She also had a knack for recognizing anyone’s potential. With this talent, she spent her life supporting and encouraging those around her. She loved her friends and family fiercely and was always ready for a challenge.
Gaylene is preceded in death by her parents; as well as her brothers Harold, Ralph, and Donald Stagg.
Gaylene is survived by her husband, Thomas Harrison; daughter Jaime Haley and husband Philip; step-children Jennifer Allen, Jaqueline Harrison, and Matthew Harrison; granddaughter Zoe Wright; and grandson Zane Wright; step-grandchildren Jacob Heath, Hayden Heath, Jaxx DeWalt, Lynzee Harrison, and Brooklyn Harrison; sister Glenda West and husband Dewayne; well as many other loved ones, friends, and colleagues.
She was the heart of a community and the backbone of her family. She will be dearly missed.
