Janet Kay (Fox) Harris, 56, of Dewey, died Monday in Bartlesville.
Janet was born the daughter of Delbert Fox and Beverly (Woodard) Bolen on June 3, 1963 in Bartlesville, Ok. The family lived in Caney, Ks where she attended elementary school before moving to Dewey. Summer weekends were spent at Grand Lake with her many cousins, they enjoyed games, fishing and swimming and had the best times together. During her Jr high and High school years Janet played softball on the Lady Doggers softball team before graduating with the class of 1981. She married Justin Harris and her daughter Jena Lee was born. Later she married Avery Hobson and her son Trey Don was born even though theses marriages ended Janet remained good friends with both. Like many of her family Janet worked at Murphy’s Steak House for many years as a waitress. Over the years she developed many wonderful relationships with her co workers and customers.
Janet was passionate about supporting her OU and Dallas Cowboy football teams. She enjoyed games and played in poker tournaments, bingo and pool. In her younger days she rode motorcycles and the freedom that comes with the lifestyle. Most of all Janet loved her family, she gave everyone a silly nick name, and everyone called her Aunt Bunny. She will be remembered for her wild and free outlook on life, always fun to be with and cracking everyone up with her outspoken personality. She will be dearly missed.
Janet is survived by her children, Jena Lee Hill and Trey Don Hobson, one brother Dale Ray Fox and three grandchildren, Keaton Harris, Raylee Hill and Carmen Hobson. She is preceded in death by her Parents.

Services will be held 10 a.m. on Saturday, at the Davis Family Funeral Home - Dewey Chapel. Services are under the direction of Carter Davis and the Davis Family Funeral Home – Dewey Chapel. Online condolences and remembrances may be shared at www.DavisFamilyFuneralHome.com.
