Helyn Margaret Harris

Waynoka – Helyn Margaret Harris, 82, of Waynoka died Sunday.

Services will be 10 AM Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Waynoka with the Rev. David Shaw officiating. Burial will be 2 PM Wednesday at Coats (Kansas) Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home.

She was born in Cripple Creek, Colorado. She married Roy Means Harris in Cripple Creek in 1919. He preceded her in death last year.

They made their home in the Kansas communities of Pratt, Coats and Wichita before moving to Waynoka in 1984.

She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include son James of Redmond, Washington; daughters Marcella Beach of Waynoka and Wanda Edwards of Garden City, Kansas; brother Wayne Robinson of Pampa, Texas; eight grandchildren, and six great – grandchildren.
