Connie Marie (Walker) Harris
Aug. 23, 1950 ~ Jan. 13, 2015

A Celebration of Life and remembrance for Connie Marie Harris, 64, of Enid, will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015, at World Harvest Church. Pastor Mike Sturgeon will officiate. Arrangements are under direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Connie was born Aug. 23, 1950, in Enid, Okla., to Vernie Eckron Walker and Velma Marie (Horstman) Walker and passed away Jan. 13, 2015, in Enid, Okla.

She attended school and lived her entire life in the Enid area. Following high school, she continued her education and became a licensed practical nurse and spent many years taking care of others.

Connie is survived by her children, daughter Olivia Harris and son Paul Harris, both of Enid, and daughter Joy Markle; three grandchildren, Chloe, Jacob, and Sophia; three brothers, Donald Walker and wife Wanda of Enid, Kenneth Walker and wife Betty of Waukomis and Ronnie Walker of Alva; two sisters, Verna Jo Cummings and husband Don of Bartlesville, Okla., and Jerry Bellar and husband David of Enid; as well as many other family members and friends. The Walker, Harris, and Clay families will cherish all the good memories.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Larry Dean Walker.
