Robert Lee Harless, resident of Ponca City, Oklahoma, passed away at his home, surrounded by his sisters and brother. He was 63 years old.
A "Remembrance of Life" service will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2017 at 1:00 PM. It will take place at the Carolyn Renfro Center, 445 Fairview St, Ponca City Oklahoma. Bring your memories as well as a covered dish to share. Cremation arrangements are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service and Cremation Directors
Robert was born on August 21, 1953, to S. E. and Beatta L. (Hannan) Harless. He spent his early years traveling with his mom and dad and future sisters and brothers while his dad was serving in the United States Air Force. In 1963 the family returned to Oklahoma.
Robert never married but was always proud to be the big brother to all his sisters and brothers. They survive him and they are Barbara Ann Knappenberger, Deanna Lynn Harless, Harry Henry Harless, Shirley Eileen Martin, Lillie P. Liebes and Gregg E Harless. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
He enjoyed watching wrestling and car races on television. He liked to play his guitar and build models of all kinds. He also enjoyed riding his bicycle and yardwork.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father.
His life here on earth is finished and he has gone on to a better life in Heaven. Remembrances may be shared online at www.stittsworthfuneralservices.com.
