LaJuana Orene (Rich) Hargrove

June 28, 1932 ~ February 8, 2020

LaJuana Orene (Rich) Hargrove, 87, passed away at her home on February 8, 2020 surrounded by family on Saturday, February 8, 2020. She was born on June 28, 1932 in Bennington, OK to Henry Sanford Rich, Jr. and Bertha V. (Brackett) Rich Medell.

LaJuana was born and raised in Bennington, OK her whole life and attended school there. She married Ervin E. Hargrove on October 9, 1948 in Sherman, TX. They spent 55 wonderful years together before his passing on November 29, 2003. LaJuana worked as an Office Manager at Mistletoe Express. She was of the Baptist faith, and enjoyed crochet, knitting, crafts, and furniture refinishing. LaJuana was a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

LaJuana is preceded in death by her husband, and her parents.

LaJuana is survived by two children: Gary Mac Hargrove, and LaRae Woods, four grandchildren: Michelle Coy, Erin Hargrove, Brandi Shelden, and Lisa Foreman, six great grandchildren: Cody Coy, Cameron Coy, Macie Shelden, Benjamin Shelden, Timothy Foreman, and McKinlee Foreman, bonus grandson Jacob Miller and bonus great- grandson Traylor Miller.

No services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Brown’s Funeral Service in Durant, OK.
