Services are pending at this time for David Hamrick, age 71 of Guthrie, Oklahoma. David passed away on January 20, 2021 in Oklahoma City. He was born on August 17, 1950 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Floyd J. and Loretta (Wallace) Hamrick.
David moved to Guthrie four years ago and previously lived in Stillwater, Oklahoma. David was a graduate of Tulsa High School. He was a Vietnam Veteran and retired from car sales. David was a very spiritual man and took care of his sister who had Cerebral Palsy.
Survivors include his wife Carolyn Pierce; five children; Joseph Dees (Rachel Roberson) of Guthrie, Mindy Harvey of Kansas City, MO, Natalie Hamrick, Elizabeth Hamrick and Corey Hamrick all of Guthrie; three step children, Robert Pierce, Amanda Bartlett and Rachel Roberson; daughter in law Brittany Pierce. He is also survived by three brothers; Gary Shaffer of Guthrie, Bob Hamrick of Muskogee, Rick Marrow of Guthrie and sister Connie Sirks; and seven grandchildren and one on the way. David was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters.
