Wanda Faye Hamilton, 60, of Blanchard, died Thursday, September 25, 2014. The daughter of Ransom Berlin Casey and Ira Bell (White) Casey, she was born October 23, 1953 in Oklahoma City.
She worked many years as a licensed practical nurse and was a member of Christ Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Blanchard. Wanda was a very caring person who loved her family very much and held a special place in her heart for animals. In her spare time, she enjoyed singing karaoke and making all kinds of crafts. She had a heart of gold and will be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant sister, Rosemary Casey; and a brother, Roy Casey.
She is survived by her daughter, Samantha Reddout and her husband, Brian, of Blanchard; her son, Jeremiah Kittley and his wife, Melissia, of Blanchard; four grandchildren, Izabel Kittley of Norman, Cierra Reddout of Moore, Karissa Reddout of Blanchard, and Kasson Reddout of Blanchard; four sisters, Lavern Vail and her husband, Pete, of Norman, Patricia Franklin and her husband, Allen, of Blanchard, Donna Steelman and her husband, Wayne, of Blanchard, Linda McDonald of Blanchard; two brothers, Ronald Casey and his wife, Rose, of Blanchard and Auston Casey of Blanchard; sister-in-law, Ollie Kane of Wayne; her good friend and niece, Tammy Franklin of Blanchard; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins, other relatives and friends
Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Christ Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Blanchard with cremation to follow.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
