Virginia Sue Hamilton, 65, longtime resident of Blanchard, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on December 24, 2014. Sue was born to Alfred and Jettie Hearrell on July 29, 1949 in Atoka, Oklahoma. Sue�s favorite things were spending time with her grandkids and family. She was an avid reader and loved the music of Conway Twitty. Sue was a longtime employee of Norman Regional Hospital and will be greatly missed by her coworkers and all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her companion, Daryl McClary; a brother, James Hearrell; and two sisters, Wilma Golden and Vera Rector.
Sue is survived by one son, Ray Hamilton, and daughter-in-love, Traci, and grandkids, Maggie, Garrett, and Morgan, all of Yukon; one daughter, Denise Kite, and son-in-love, Eric, of Blanchard, and granddaughter, Myaria Dickson and husband, Donald, and unborn great granddaughter, EllyAnna Rose Marie, of Chickasha; two sisters, Alpha Cherry of Blanchard and Veda Glenn of Minco; two brothers, Sam Hearrell and wife, Linda, of Lane, and Bobby Hearrell and wife, Linda, of Chouteau; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
The family requests that you make blood donations in her honor to Oklahoma Blood Institute and would like to thank everyone for the many prayers.
Funeral service will be at 12:00 PM, Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard with Pastor Mark Dunning officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard. Online obituary and guestbook are available at www.eisenhourfh.com.
