Funeral services for Ronald Ray Hamen, 53, of Ringwood, will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, November 2, 2017 at the Fairview Mennonite Brethren Church. Pastors Jody Schmidt and Marlin Hiett will officiate. Funeral arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home Inc.
Visitation with the family will be 6:00-8:00 pm, Wednesday, November 1, 2017, at the Fairview Funeral Home.
Ronald Ray Hamen was born June 27, 1964 to Charles Ray and Glenda Sue (Burnett) Hamen in Wichita Kansas and passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017 in Enid Oklahoma.
Ronnie spent most of his life in the Cleo Springs and Ringwood area. He worked for Major County, farmed for many years and went back to working for the county as a Heavy Equipment Operator and worked there until his untimely death. Ronnie enjoyed hunting but dirt track racing was in his blood. He was a hardworking man that loved his family and children. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include his wife JoAnn (Simons) Hamen of the home, two sons; Brian Ray Hamen (Nicole) of Enid, OK and Colt Hamen, two daughters; Kila Rae Hamen of the home and Nicola Dawn Looney (Chris) of Enid, OK, one brother Rick and Donna Hamen, three sisters; Rhonda Hamen, Rebecca Eldred and Robin Ralston, four grandchildren; Chloe and Hunter Looney, Aden Cochren, Miley Wedel and Paisley Hamen on the way, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lupus Foundation with the funeral home acting as custodian of the funds.
