It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jackie Hogan Hall on July 26, 2023, in Tulsa, at the age of 76. Jackie was born in Ponca City on May 11, 1947, to Bill and Wanda Hogan, and was the beloved wife of Richard D. Hall for 59 years.
Jackie was a devoted mother to her children Richard Jr., Roger, and Ryan, instilling in them her love of life, reading, coloring, and storytelling. Her grace, compassion, and selfless nature will never be forgotten by those who knew her.
Jackie was an accomplished Business Manager for the Sheet Metals Workers Union for 10 years and dedicated to her career. She was widely admired for her talent, dedication, and love of her family and friends, and received many accolades throughout her illustrious life.
In her free time, Jackie was an excellent storyteller and Minstrel, she was also an active member of Beta Sigma Phi XI Zeta Lambda chapter for 38 years and dedicated much of her time and energy to serving the community.
Jackie will be deeply missed by her husband, children, grandchildren, and all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the countless lives she touched, and, in the legacy, she leaves behind.
