Services for Marvin E. Hale, 90, who died Monday in Colorado Springs, Colorado, were at 1 PM Friday in the Fisher Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ed Butler officiating.
Burial was in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Hazelton, Kansas, directed by Fisher Funeral Home of Cherokee.
Hale was born October 28, 1896, in Kentucky and had lived in the Cherokee area since 1910. He was self � employed as a garage owner and mechanic.
He and Lena Pearl Norwood were married at Cherokee on February 14, 1917. She died in 1975.
Hale was a member of the First Baptist Church in Cherokee.
