Kendra Michelle Hager, 47, of Dibble, died Friday, July 21, 2023, in Oklahoma City. The daughter of Alfred Ray Gilreath and Kathryn Sue (Kinnamon) Gilreath, Kendra was born March 4, 1976, in Oklahoma City.
Kendra graduated from Moore High School in 1994. She married Rodney Clifton Hager on June 20, 1998, in Oklahoma City. She earned an Associate Degree and worked as a veterinary technician before going to work as a sales representative for a veterinary pharmaceutical company. In her spare time, Kendra enjoyed going to concerts and traveling. She especially loved going to the beach. She was a devoted mother and spent countless hours attending all of her kids’ school and sporting events. Kendra was outgoing and made friends wherever she went. She will be greatly missed by the Dibble community and all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathryn Gilreath; her father-in-law, Larry Hager; two aunts, Rita Jo Jackson and Sharon Gilreath; and two cousins, Brian Jackson and Alyssa Wiles.
Kendra is survived by her husband, Rodney Hager of Dibble; one daughter, Kylee Hager of Dibble; one son, Colton Hager of Dibble; her father, Alfred “Gil” Gilreath of Dibble; one uncle, Randy Gilreath; cousins, Stephanie Lewis, Angela Wiles, Shawna Rosenfelt, and Randall Gilreath; and many other relatives and a host of friends.
A memorial service to celebrate Kendra’s life will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 29, 2023, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard. The family requests that memorial donations be made in Kendra’s name to Helping Paws Animal Rescue, 20688 State Highway 76, Blanchard, Ok 73010 or via Paypal @helpingpawsok.
