Debera (Anderson) Guthrie

A Celebration of Life for Debera Guthrie, 67, Enid, is 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, 2016, at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home, with Pastor Lester L. Lowrey, D.D. officiating. Cremation follows the service, under the direction of the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Debbie was born Sept. 26, 1949, in Hominy, and passed away Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016. She was a graduate of Shidler High School in 1966. Debbie was united in marriage to Billy Gene Vaden in 1972; he preceded her in death March 12, 1987.

On August 14, 1992, she was united in marriage to her best friend and love of her life, Winston Guthrie. She was employed at Vance Air Force Base for 32 years, until her retirement in 2014. Debbie enjoyed making new friends, traveling and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Winston; a daughter, Kimberly Hedges and husband, Jamie, of Fairmont; three grandsons, Hesston Hedges and wife, Kaelyn; Haden Hedges and wife, Sadee, and Holden Hedges. A daughter, Paige Keithly and her husband, Kent, of Kremlin; four grandchildren, Joe, Alice, Harris and Mary Keithly; and a sister, Victoria Coldiron, of Enid.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Wayne and Faith Crawford Anderson; and a brother, Butch Anderson.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Enid SPCA, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home custodian of the funds.
