Memorial Service for Josephene Smith Goyen, 89, of Fairview, will be 1:30 PM, Friday, January 27, 2023 in the Great Room at the Fairview Fellowship Home in Fairview, Oklahoma. Arrangements are by the Fairview Funeral Home Inc..
Josie was born on April 15, 1933 to Bill and Mae Smith. She departed this life on January 23, 2023 at the Fairview Fellowship Home in Fairview, Oklahoma. Waiting to welcome her to her heavenly home was her son Kenny Pheatt, daughters Tina Ricketts and Rita Mae. Also, her mother and dad, three sisters, Mable and Floyd Pharis, Orene Carpenter, Willie Pearl and Cletus Fortune. Five brothers Thelbert, Jim and wife Donna, Jack and Allen Ray and Kenneth Smith, son-in-law Wesley Robinett, sister-in-law, Kathy Smith.
Left to mourn her are two daughters Connie Robinett and Pam Pheatt both of Fairview, two sons, Jackie Ray Pheatt of Enid and Ben Stubblefield and his wife Debbie, and son-in-law Terry Ricketts. She also leaves eleven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews as well as many good friends.
Memorials may be made to OMRF or the Diabetic Association with Fairview Funeral Home acting as custodian.
