Dural Sam Goodwin of Durant, Oklahoma passed away on April 6th, 2023 in Calera, Oklahoma. He was born in Hopewell, Oklahoma to Samuel Goodwin and Glen Dean (Bliss) Goodwin on April 15, 1941.
Dural was preceded in death by his parents, and sisters Priscilla Hitchcock and Debbie Williams.
He is survived by his brothers Ronnie Goodwin and wife Susan of Henderson, Texas, Jerry Goodwin and wife Sharon of Kenefic, Oklahoma, and sister Cindy Tadlock and husband Randy of Durant, Oklahoma.
Dural is also survived by his 2 children, Chris Goodwin and wife Valerie of Coleman, Oklahoma; and Shelley Dowdle and husband Jeff of Lavon, Texas; along with a granddaughter, 3 grandsons, one great-granddaughter, and many nieces and nephews who loved him.
