Mary Lou (Toben) Goodale, was born January 29, 1943 in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee the daughter of Bernard and Louise (Gibbens) Toben. Mary Lou grew up in Muleshoe, Texas, where she attended school and graduated from Muleshoe High School. She was united in marriage to Bill C. Goodale on January 5, 1994 in Woodward, Oklahoma where they made their home.
She enjoyed driving around in the country seeing the sights, shooting, working in the yard planting flowers. Mostly she loved being with her family. Mary Lou retired from the State of Oklahoma after 22 years of working as a patient care assistant.
She was a member of the First Christian Church of Woodward.
She is survived by daughters, Jamie Pearcy, Mary C. Janow and husband Jimyjon, and Christine Shifflett and husband Jerry; two brothers, Bill Tally, Stephen Tally; one sister Allene Edge; eight grandchildren, Cai Pearcy, Jerry Shifflett and wife Danielle, Christopher Shifflett, Xaiden Pearcy, Ciara Nicholson, Drew Pearcy, Daniel Nicholson, and Christopher Pearcy; great-grandchildren, Payton Shifflett, Caroline Shifflett, Jaylee Johnston, Kalaya Pearcy and Braylee Pearcy; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bill C. Goodale.
