Les Glenn, aged 73, of Edmond, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully after a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering dedication to his family. Born and raised in Edmond, he was a proud graduate of Edmond High School and the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO). A skilled network administrator by trade, his greatest joy came from supporting his family and sharing in his grandchildren’s interests, whether it was sports, fishing, music, or academics.
Just days away from celebrating 47 years of marriage to the love of his life, Vicki Lynn Glenn, he leaves behind a legacy of faith, devotion, and countless cherished memories. He is survived by his loving wife, Vicki; his children, Matthew Wayne Glenn and Christopher Kyle Glenn and his wife Rebecca; his sister, Sheryl Langford and her husband Earl; and his five treasured grandchildren, who brought him immense pride through their passions and accomplishments.
Known for his quiet and patient nature, he always put others above himself. Whether cheering on his grandkids, offering a helping hand, or simply lending a listening ear, his kindness and selflessness left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. As an active member of Lake Church, his faith provided strength and purpose, guiding his actions every day.
Preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Henryetta Glenn, he and his brother, Danny Glenn, tragically passed away together in an accident. The inseparable bond they shared in life continues unbroken in eternity.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, January 4th, 2025, at 4:00 PM at Lake Church in Kingston, Oklahoma. The family will receive visitors at 3:30 PM. His family invites you to join them in honoring a life well-lived and filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Texoma Volunteer Fire Department PO Box 661, Kingston OK 73439 or Lake church of Kingston building fund in his memory.
