Larry Robert Gleason

August 27, 1952 ~ November 17, 2002

Mr. Gleason, 50 years old. of Sterling, Oklahoma, died 17 November 2002 in Duncan, Oklahoma.

Larry was born on 27 August 1952 in Webster, South Dakota to Robert Lawrence Gleason and Laverna Percell Gleason.

He married Carol Ann on 2 October 1971, in Summit, South Dakota.

He moved from Belvidere, Illinois to Sterling after 1995 and owned and operated a tree farm there. He was a member of the American Legion.

Larry leaves behind to mourn him, his wife, of the home; a son and daughter-in-law, Kristopher and Allison Gleason, Belvidere; two daughters and sons-in-law: Karla Jo and Brad Peterson, Rockford, Ill.; and Karrie Ann and Michael Wesley, Gobea Wahiawa, Hawaii; two grandchildren: Abigail Marie and Gunnar Austin; a brother and sister-in-law, Arnold and Suzanne Gleason, Sioux Falls, S.D.; a sister and brother-in-law, Alice and Jerry Gehring, Stillwater, Minn.; and several nieces and nephews.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Kyle Gleason. Memorial contributions may be made to the Gleason Family Memorial.

Arrangements are under the direction of Callaway~Smith~Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs.

No service is planned, but friends may call from 6 ~ 8 p.m. today at Callaway~Smith~Cobb Chapel, Rush Springs.
