Preston Leroy Gifford

Sept. 9, 1923 ~ May 29, 2002

BORGER - Preston Leroy Gifford, 78, died Wednesday, May 29, 2002.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in First Christian Church with the Rev. John A. Gran, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Mr. Gifford was born Sept. 9, 1923, in Carnegie, Okla. He was owner of Industrial Engines of Borger.

Survivors include his wife, Betty; a daughter, Linda Chisholm of Borger; two grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

The family suggests memorials be to Crown of Texas Hospice, 1000 S. Jefferson St., Amarillo, TX 79101.
