Laura Mae Gibson of Byars, Oklahoma was born April 9, 1944 in Roosevelt, Oklahoma to Tommie Edward McElreath and Marie Cooper McElreath. She passed away May 24, 2020 in Lindsey Manor Nursing facility at the age of 76. She grew up in Hobart, Oklahoma and attended school there. She lived in Hobart until 1978 when she moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She married Cecil A. Gibson on February 14, 1980 in Oklahoma City. She and Cecil moved to the Byars/Stratford area 25 years ago where they owned a Ranch and raised livestock. She loved the country life,all the animals, and her flower gardens. She attended the Byars Pentecostal Holiness church.
Preceded by; her Parents, Brother Floyd McElreath, Infant son, Shane Senter, and Nephew LCpl Randall L. McElreath, USMC.

Lauren Gibson of Chicago, Illinois; and Blake Gibson of Atlanta, Georgia
cousins; Jeanette Ball & husband Terry of Branson, Missouri; Terry Stamper
of Lawton, Oklahoma, Nephew Rick L. McElreath & wife Ann of Reno, Nevada and
their families and a host of friends.
