Max Leon Geier

1940 ~ August 23, 2018

Max Leon Geier, 78, retired United States Air Force tech sergeant, died Thursday, August 23, 2018. Visitation with the family begins at 1 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m. Friday, August 31, 2018, at Downing and Lahey West. 

Max grew up in Wakita, Oklahoma. He was a chef and cook in the Air Force, a member of the Enid Chess Club, loved animals and was an OSU fan. 

Preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Aletha Geier.

Survivors: sons, Tim of Brooklyn, NY; Nathan of Cape Coral, FL; brother, Steve of San Diego, CA; grandchildren, Aiden, Zach, Gabriel, Jocelyn and Luke.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with Passageways, Ltd., 6841 W. Shade Lane, #202, Wichita, KS 67212. www.DLWichita.com.
