Debra "Debbie" Lin Garroutte, 58, of Ponca City, Oklahoma, passed away on November 23, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. A Celebration of Life will take place at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at the Freewill Baptist Church, with Pastor Adam Phillips officiating. A private burial will take place at a later date.
Debbie was born on March 5, 1961, in Oklahoma City, OK, to Jerry and Lou Ann (Pendergraft) Garroutte. She graduated from Ark City High School in 1978. She retired from Conoco Phillips. She loved to crochet and collecting yarn and was also a member of the Ponca City Freewill Baptist Church.
She is survived by her parents, Jerry and LouAnn of Ponca City; children Sarah Matthews(Jamal) of Ponca City, Jeremy Vaughn of Ponca City, Jenna Moncayo of Houston, TX; grandchildren Arianna Emmelhainz(Jakob), Jacob Matthews, Hanna Matthews, Dru Moncayo, Faith Moncayo, Mariah Moncayo, Issac; sister Jana(Mike) of Texas City, TX; favorite nieces Megan and Michaela as well as a host of other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Ponca City Freewill Baptist Church, 1900 E. Hubbard Road Ponca City, OK 74604. The family would like for you to share memories of Debbie at www.troutfuneralhome.
