Robert Garrison was born June 23, 1952 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Shirley Louise and Bobby Dean Garrison. He passed away June 17, 2014 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 61 years, 11 months and 24 days.
Rob grew up in Sayre where he attended school. He later enlisted in the US Navy and after his discharge he moved to Oklahoma City and was married to Iloina Bartmess. He was employed with City of Oklahoma City and worked at the Lake Hefner Water Treatment Plant before starting his own landscaping business, The Man About Trees. Rob idolized his daughter, Brandy, and was thrilled when he became a grandfather. He loved music and performing for an audience at every opportunity he found.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bob Garrison, maternal grandparents, Ruby Louise Beeler and William Frank Cook, and paternal grandparents, Earl W. and Odelene Garrison.
He is survived by his daughter, Brandy Louise Daley and husband, Dennis of Colony, TX; a grandson, Ethan Zander Daley, also of Colony, TX; his mother, Lou Garrison of Sayre, OK; a sister, Terisa Miller and husband, George, of Beggs, OK; a brother, Greg Garrison, Clinton, OK and a host of other relatives and friends.
