Cynthia Ann "Cindy" Garner
April 22, 1956 ~ February 4, 2024

 

 Cynthia "Cindy" Ann Garner, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 67 in Caney, Kansas. She was born on April 22, 1956, in Greeley, Colorado, to her loving parents Howard Rothe and Billie On the Hill.

Cindy had a fulfilling life and leaves behind cherished memories. She graduated from Greeley High School and went on to touch the lives of many through her warm and caring nature. Cindy had a variety of hobbies and interests, including solving crossword puzzles, indulging in adult coloring books, and most importantly, spending quality time with her friends and family.

Cindy is preceded in death by her mother, Billie; Father, Howard; grandmother, Elizabeth; grandfather, Pete; aunt, Jeri, and Aunt, Bobby. Although they have left this world, their memory will forever be treasured.

Cindy is survived by her loving children, Stephanie, Kaylee (Drew), and Daniel (Shayna); as well as her grandchildren, Josh, Stacia, Tiffany, Trevor, Gaven, Taylor, Jace, Chance, and Keaton. She also leaves behind her great-grandchildren, Braxton, Lily, Leah, Karson, Karla, Paislee, and Parker. Cindy's memory will be cherished by her sisters, Tracy (Brad), Donna, Carrie (Rick); brothers, Garry (Trish) and Gregg; Aunt Mary; nieces, nephews, and her beloved dog Pepe.

Cindy's kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for her family and friends will be deeply missed. She has left an indelible mark on the lives she touched, and her memory will continue to inspire and bring comfort to those who knew her.
