October 3, 1957 ~ July 23, 2019

Terry Garcia, 61 year old Woodward resident, died July 23, 2019 in Woodward. Memorial services will be held Thursday, August 1, 2019 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel in Woodward at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend Geoff Miller officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Billing Funeral Home.

Terrance Lee Garcia was born on October 3, 1957 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Joe and Francis Garcia. Terry was reared in Woodward and graduated from Woodward High School. In 1975 he joined the United States Navy, he was a Petty Officer and was honorably discharged in 1981. Terry also worked for Mutual of Omaha.

Terry's biggest enjoyment in life came from his children. He was always smiling and laughing when he was with them. Terry also enjoyed fishing and watching OU Sooner football!

Terry is survived by his son, Zachary Garcia; daughters, Anastacia Garcia and Trinity Garcia; brother, Danny Garcia; sisters, Monica Payne, Sandra Scott and husband, Randy; other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents Joe and Frances Garcia, brothers and sisters, Steven Joel Garcia, Mark Ivan Garcia, Kathrin Adrian Holt, Joel Garcia, Virginia Garcia, and Martha Garcia.
