Paul Christopher Garcia Jr., Age 58, sadly passed away on February 3rd of 2023 from a heart attack.
Paul, fondly known as Chris, was born on October 14, 1964 in Guymon, Oklahoma. After high school, he went on to study accounting at the Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma. After graduating, he began law school at the Oklahoma City University and took a job at Gulf Stream Aerospace Corporations as their Contracts Manager. Later on, Paul accepted a job from the Potawatomi Business Development Corp. i.e.. Advancia Corp. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and worked his way up to Vice President of Operations. Paul was hardworking, determined, and diligent when it came to his work. In his later years, he became a Certified Public Accountant. Accounting is something he always enjoyed. But above all else, helping his family, community, and friends was the most rewarding thing to Paul.
Paul is survived by his daughter Afton Sharp (Garcia), and her husband Stephen Sharp. He is also survived by his sister Jacqueline Dawn Garcia, and his brother Zeke Garcia. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Christopher Garcia, Sr., and Madonna Sue Garcia. As well as his brother, Michael Ray Garcia.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. The service will be at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Guymon, Oklahoma. Friends can sign the online guest book and leave condolences at www.bunchroberts.com.
