Tommy Gallagher, 83, of Deer Creek, OK went to be with his heavenly father surrounded by his loving family on July 24, 2020. Tommy was born March 1, 1937 in Girard, TX to Leonard Cecil and Montie Malinda Gallagher. Tommy graduated from Girard High School in 1955, where he met the love of his life Sandra Kay Hollingshead. Tommy and Sandra married on July 22, 1956 and celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary this year. Tommy retired from Santa Fe Railroad and later worked for TG&Y for 20 years. He also worked several years at Feed the Children. Tommy enjoyed gardening, fishing, going to auctions, and most importantly spending time with his family who adored him.
Tommy is survived by his wife Sandra, daughters Janet Stinnett, Robbie Smith and husband Bob, Susie Gallagher, grandchildren Kirsten Garcia, Jeannette McNally (Michael), Buzz Morrison (Adrian), Jeremy Smith (Maria), Robert Smith Jr. (Naree), eight precious great-grandchildren Buck, Gauge, Kaylee, RaeLynn, Cayden, Ella, Millie, Evelyn; brothers Bob Gallagher (Willie) and Geral Gallagher (Lillian) and sister JoAnn Lunsford. He will also be remembered by numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Betty Sue, and his brother-in-law Bill Lunsford.
