Audrey Gall, 85 year old Woodward resident, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2024 at her home surrounded by her family. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 5, 2024 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Donnetta Hunter officiating. Private family burial will be held at a later date.
Audrey Eve (Myers) Gall was born on July 8, 1939 in Perry, Oklahoma to Walter Rayman and Mary Elizabeth (Cooley) Myers. Audrey grew up in Enid and Woodward and graduated from Woodward High School in 1957. She was united in marriage to Louis Dean Gall on November 28, 1958 at the Faith United Methodist Church in Woodward, Oklahoma. They were blessed with two children, Dena and David. They made their first home in Woodward but also lived in Mooreland and Toppinish, Washington before moving back to Woodward. Audrey was a Secretary and did the books for the Jewelry Station for 34 years, retiring in 2023.
She enjoyed traveling, gardening, house building, watching family at sporting events, and driving around. Audrey loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.
She is survived by her husband of almost 66 years, Louis Gall of the home; one daughter, Dena Anderson and Chris Mullins of Woodward; one son, David Gall and wife Becky of Woodward; five grandchildren: Ashley Anderson and Jenn, Eric Anderson and Kylie VanZee, Lenzi Erickson and Chris, Jordan Glasgow, and Joshua Thompson; six great-grandchildren: Kaydence, Gracelynn, Peyton, Colt, Duane, and Blakely; three sisters: Mary Ashlock, Patty Bailey and husband Don, Ramona Sears; sister-in-law, Marilyn Gall; other relatives and many friends.
Audrey was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Mary Myers, her in-laws, Louis Sr. and Ruby Gall, brothers, Rayman Myers, Alvin Myers, Walter Myers, Jr., sisters Maxine Reeves and Minnie Hampton, and brothers-in-law, Les Ashlock, Marvin Sears, and Lester Gall.
Memorial contributions may be made to WOOF Pet Rescue with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
