Paula Lynn Gaines, 57, of Pryor, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2025, at Heritage Villa in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She was born on June 15, 1968, in Collinsville, Oklahoma, to Harry L. and Edna M. (Boan) Gaines.
Paula grew up in Barnsdall and graduated with the Barnsdall High School Class of 1986. Known for her kind heart and gentle spirit, Paula enjoyed traveling, working on crafts, solving jigsaw puzzles, and spending time at the casino. Above all, she cherished time with her family and friends, who brought her the greatest joy in life.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her beloved twin sister, Karen L. Gaines; her sisters, Rosemary Solomon and Joyce Ann Silky; her sister-in-law, Linda Dale (Woolery) Gaines; and several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Paula’s memory will be forever treasured by her surviving siblings: James L. and Vicki Gaines, Kathey L. Key, Thomas L. Gaines, Nancy M. Berg, Jim and Kearl L. Coke, Lawrence Solomon, Lewis and Marilyn K. Fowler, Steve M. and Mary Gaines, David E. and Teresa Gaines, Timothy B. and Donna Gaines, and Terrance J. Gaines, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Paula’s gentle laughter, loving nature, and unwavering devotion to her family will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
