Sandra Eileen Fussell was born to Houston and Evelyn Butler on September 10, 1946 in Anaheim, California.
She graduated from Savannah High School in 1964. During the course of her marriage to William W. Fussell, she moved to Thackerville where they raised their two children. Sandy worked at Winn-Dixie for several years. She then moved to Rowlett, Texas and was a front end manager at Albertson's until she retired to Ardmore, then eventually to Midwest City where she remained until she was called home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a niece, Michelle Combs, and a great-granddaughter, Josslynn Joyner.
Survivors include her children, Tracy Welden and husband James and William Bradley Fussell and wife Juanita; grandchildren, Kiley Fussell and husband Mike Collins, Devin Nichols and Randy, William Bradley Fussell, Jr., Justin Goss, and Nicole and BJ Brawner; siblings and their families, Charlene Rivera, Ellis Butler, Marsha Brazell and Roy Butler; great-grandchildren, Jaycee, Michael, Natalie, Madison, Mason, Emily, Ethan, Layla, James, Jaxon, Lucas, and Xander; and many friends and loved ones.
