Phyllis Jean Frost
July 19, 1954 ~ December 18, 2019

Phyllis Jean Frost, 65, was born July 19, 1954 to Pat Ray & Dorothy Frost in Mena, Arkansas and passed away in Orange County, California on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer. Phyllis was active in track, basketball, softball and band. She served as the Kingfisher County Junior Miss and graduated from Hennessey High School in 1972. After High School she moved to Stillwater, OK to attend Oklahoma State University. She studied fashion merchandising at OSU and loved following beauty and fashion trends.

She had two children, Amber and Aaron, who were the joy in her world. She enjoyed her last few years in California where she was able to be close to her kids.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Pat & Dorothy Frost, and brother Gary Ray Frost.

She is survived by her children, Amber Bicomong and Aaron Dobrinski of Orange, CA, Brother Larry Frost of Hennessey, OK, Sisters Frances Thiems of Kingfisher, OK and Cyndi Ruckman of Leroy, KS; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
