Carol Alice (Hiemer) Frost of Meeker, OK passed away on Monday February 14, 2022 at the age of 79. Carol was born on January 2, 1943 to Leo and Alice (Beasler) Hiemer at their home in Wellston, OK. Carol graduated Chandler HS in 1961. On August 11, 1975 she married Kent Frost. The couple made their home in Meeker for over 45 years.
Carol loved working in her yard and on the farm where she hosted many events in her beautiful surroundings. Kent and Carol spent many years at Grand Lake enjoying family and friends.
Carol was an avid sports fan. She loved watching her boys, grandkids and great grandkids play any sport. Her greatest passion were her two sons. She was a great mom!
Carol is preceded in death by husband Kent Frost, her mom and dad, brother Albert Hiemer, and son Todd Frost.
She is survived by sons Don and wife Michele Murray of Choctaw, Jeff and wife Tammy Murray of Shawnee; brother Jimmy Hiemer and wife Laquita of Meeker; sister Fran Standridge of Texas; sister Freda Gardner and husband Gary of Mustang; sister-in-law Ruthina Hiemer; brother-in-law Terry Frost and wife Janet; and those that affectionately got to call her grandmother, Chase and Jessica Murray of Shawnee, Zack and Bailee Brown of Norman, Conley and Chelsi Blackwolf of Shawnee, Blake and Tori Murray of New Mexico, Cale Shaefer of Yukon, Makenna Shaefer of OKC; great grandchildren Easton, Creed, Lily, Emersyn, Theo, Caden, Grady, Hollis, Amara, Harlow, Kingsley; along with many nieces and nephews.
There will be a visitation on Friday, February 18, 2022 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Chandler, OK. Condolences may be offered online at www.parksbrothers.net. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, OK.
