Martha Ann (Dahl) Frick

Martha Ann (Dahl) Frick
Dec 9, 1946 ~ Mar 10, 2013

Martha Ann Frick, 66, of Dibble, died Sunday, March 10, 2013 in Norman. The daughter of Emery Jensen and Margaret Ellen (Johnson) Dahl, she was born December 9, 1946 in Salina, Kansas. On April 18, 1965, she married the love of her life, Norman Lee Frick, in Salina, Kansas. Norman has always believed that Martha was an angel that God had sent to him. They shared a wonderful and happy life together. Martha was a member of the Dibble Free Will Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She was a great cook and spent countless hours preparing food for church and family gatherings. She took great pride in making sure her family and friends were well taken care of. Over the years, Martha opened her home to countless children and became like a mother to them. Martha’s greatest enjoyment came from spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, and two brothers, Richard and Dean Dahl.

Martha is survived by her devoted husband of 47 years, Norman Frick of Dibble; her mother, Margaret Adams of Salina, Kansas; two sons, Ronald Frick and his wife, Brenda, of Dibble, and Donald Frick and his wife, Carrie, of Noble; four grandchildren, Jessica, Dallton, Hayden, and Kale Frick; her dearest lifelong friend, Sharon Horton of Broken Arrow; the multitude of children that she cared for and mentored; and many other loved ones and friends.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard. Online obituary and guestbook are available at www.eisenhourfh.com.
