Marsha (Joslin) Freeman
September 28, 1950 - July 05, 2017

Marsha Freeman was born September 28, 1950 in Sacramento, California to Enid Christine and Marvin Marshall Joslin. She passed away July 5, 2017 at Sayre, Oklahoma at the age of 66 years, 9 months and 7 days.

Marsha moved to Missouri with her parents. She graduated from Willow Springs High and remained in Missouri. After her father passed away, Marsha moved to Enid, Oklahoma in 1978 to care for her mother. She attended college at NWOSU in Alva where she received her Associates Degree in Nursing. She worked for several years in nursing homes caring for the elderly. She later owned and operated the Goltry Goldmine Bar for many years until beginning her career in Law Enforcement which she continued until her retirement. She returned to Missouri for a short time until moving to Sayre. Marsha loved being outdoors and enjoyed fishing, camping and gardening. She was very handy and could fix almost anything. Her family was her greatest love and looked forward to spending time with her grandsons.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Bill Joslin.

She is survived by her children,  Roxanne Geddes, Fairview, OK, and Dylan Freeman and wife, Nicole, Medford, OK; 2 grandson,  Hunter and Ryder Freeman, her best friend,  Opal Brown, Sayre, OK; her faithful dog,  Boo, and a host of other relatives, and friends.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
